Two themes alternate throughout the course of this work. the first features the motive of rising and falling sixths, while the other has a Pat Metheny flavor. Running time is approximately 10 minutes. Solos for tenor sax, guitar or soprano sax. Doubles. lead soprano saxophone. alto 2. flute. tenor 2. clarinet. trumpets on flugelhorn. Brass-5 trumpets, 4 trombones.
