Not only does Larry Norred manage to capture the flare of this performance, but he also includes an exciting shout chorus that will really get the adrenaline pumping. Very invigorating. Appropriate for high school jazz ensembles. Lead trumpet ranges are modest and occasionally include optional notes for more accomplished players. Written solos are provided along with suggested parts for rhythm section and drum set. Guitar chord guide included. Grades 3 - 3.5.
