Published by Doblinger Music Publishers. DB.37-00228. ISBN 979-0-012-19927-4. Written on commission for the piano trio category of the 4th International Joseph Haydn Chamber Music Competition 2009. The piano trio "Water" communicates with a listener mainly in the sphere of sounds. The colours are in this piece entirely combined with such parameters as harmony and melody and they build together an emotional, expressive statement. The first part shows different and all the time changing energy states of the chemical particles observed through a microscope - all the instruments are limited to one common very narrow pitch level and build heavy, movable, loaded with tension mass which over and over again tends to release its energy. At last the tension is so great, that the violin releases the excess of energy with uncontrolled fall. As a late reaction to all that an explosion comes, which causes. part 2. that the previous particles, very closely squeezed together, go further in gasiform and combine in a wide cloud of soundE - this structureE should create the feeling of weightlessness and eternity among the listeners. Harmonically this part consists of three chords, the framework of which is based on a simple, repeating interval structure, and which result in gradually occurring phenomena of rubbing and floating. At the end the strings build more and more glowing mist, which tears up later. part 3. Gradually concrete, longer melodic phrasesEare built till the melody reaches its complete development. The strings take over the line of the piano and build a common line which unexpectedly changes its colour, like a chameleon. The sound colours occurring here for a short time awake associations with the previously heard fragments of the piece and consequently build the summing up and lead to the final outcome, the closure of the whole trio.

Het pianotrio "Water" communiceert met een luisteraar vooral in de sfeer van geluiden. De kleuren zijn in dit stuk geheel gecombineerd met parameters zoals harmonie en melodie en ze bouwen samen een emotionele, expressieve verklaring. Het eerste deel toont de verschillende en de hele tijd veranderende energie toestanden van de chemische deeltjes waargenomen door een microscoop - alle instrumenten zijn beperkt tot één gemeenschappelijke zeer smalle toonhoogte niveau en bouwen van zware, beweegbare, geladen met spanning massa die over en weer de neiging om haar energie vrij. Eindelijk de spanning is zo groot, dat de viool geeft de overmaat aan energie met ongecontroleerde val. Als late reactie tot alles wat een explosie komt, waardoor. deel 2. dat de vorige deeltjes, zeer dicht bij elkaar geperst, gaat verder in gasvormig en te combineren in een grote wolk van soundE - dit structureE moet het gevoel van gewichtloosheid en de eeuwigheid onder de luisteraars te creëren. Harmonisch dit deel bestaat uit drie akkoorden het kader waarvan is gebaseerd op een eenvoudige herhaling intervalstructuur en die leiden tot geleidelijke voorkomende fenomenen wrijven en drijvende. Aan het einde van de snaren te bouwen meer en meer gloeiende mist, die later verscheurt. deel 3. Geleidelijk beton, meer melodieuze phrasesEare gebouwd tot aan de melodie zijn volledige ontwikkeling bereikt. De snaren te nemen over de lijn van de piano en het opbouwen van een gemeenschappelijke lijn die onverwacht de kleur verandert, als een kameleon. Het geluid kleuren voorkomende hier voor een korte tijd wakker associaties met de eerder gehoord fragmenten van het stuk en dus bouwen aan de opsomming en leiden tot het uiteindelijke resultaat, de sluiting van de gehele trio.
