A new collection from Margaret Rizza is always cause for rejoicing, and Light in our Darkness will raise the spirits of choirs and prayer groups throughout the world. The composer describes these pieces as 'simple chants and psalms'. Each may be sung in unison or by mixed voices accompanied by a single keyboard or by a whole music group for whom parts are given in the full score. There is a beautiful recording of all the pieces directed by the composer.
