Composed ca.1694 of course- known to have been published in that year? Could have been left in manuscript and published later... all we have here is typesets of the sinfonia, after all, of unknown provenance, as usual. First publication date of sinfonia, along with rest of the score aside from one song, seems to have been 1926?

9 sections on 1964 Bach Guild recording. Specifications of each section unknown.

The 2010 Stainer & Bell urtext edition- attempting to remove accretions (see Wikipedia) - notes that the title should probably be something like Come, Ye Sons of Arts, Away. Explanation, again, @ Wikipedia. - ES
