Composed by David Warin Solomons. 20th Century,Christian,Contemporary,Spiritual. 4 pages. David Warin Solomons #25671. Published by David Warin Solomons (A0.576426).

A mystical composition for alto and guitar which attempts to reach the spiritual and to go beyond the sexual, the transsexual and the physical... It is inspired by the story of the desert hermit Saint Anthony (ca.250-350), who made commentaries on the dual nature of man shadow light, male female, saint and demon. The text, originally written by Claude Louis Combet for the film "Les Tribulations de Saint Antoine" and translated into English, is sung from the point of view of the saint. The sound sample is performed by the composer. Instrumental versions are also available: alto saxophone and guitar and clarinet and guitar.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
