A solid SATB setting with choir answering bass then alto solos, and then a soprano/tenor duet comes after modulating up a fourth. The dynamics grow from mf to ff for 80 percent of the piece and then begin a decrescendo that ends with a final slow “Let my people go” diminishing to pp. Duet part is optional.
