A common theme at Christmas is the hope of a world at peace. Every generation has experienced numerous wars and threats of war. Even in our local communities, crime and fighting can put a dark shadow of gloom over our holiday celebrations. But there is hope for peace when we seek to follow Jesus. As the prophecy in Isaiah 9:6 foretells, Jesus is our "Prince of Peace." This song emphasizes these thoughts that Jesus is the Prince of Peace with simple lyrics set to a soft flowing tune.
