These four 'preludes' arranged for string quartet, are taken from a new and original 24-piece set of preludes for piano entitled 'Reflections on the Great War', composed by Dean Bavister (Op.26). Starting in 2014, these moving pieces are being composed during the centenary marking of the First World War (1914-18). The sheetmusic contains both full-score as well as separated parts.
