This is not how The Unforgiven is played live.
They both play the verse riffs up around the 12th fret, and Kirk plays the chorus around the 2nd fret. Also, a lot more bass notes are in James' finger picking part.
The intro and the out solo that are only in the live version however sound and look pretty close except Kirk isn't playing a bunch of muffled notes when the last solo takes off.
